Disney Learning (Mobile App)

Responsible for setting up the Unity 3D Asset Pipeline, including Asset Creation, Look Development and Mobile Optimization.

Here are some Samples of the Assets that were created.

The Target Device was an iPad 2, so the models and textures needed to be quite efficient, while maintaining the typical style and quality of the Mickey Mouse universe.

My responsibility was to create and develop a workflow that makes the demanded look and performance possible.

Other low poly props for decoration inside the App.
For better efficiency all small decoration props were put inside a single UV space. This was automated with Python scripting in Maya.
